We stand behind the effectiveness of our services. If you are not satisfied with the results, we encourage you to contact us to discuss your concerns. We will make every reasonable effort to address your issue or resolve any dissatisfaction.
2. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

You have completed the initial consultation and service agreement.

You have provided all required documents and followed our recommendations.

You have allowed us a minimum of 90 days to work on your credit file.

You have not seen any changes or improvements in your credit report from any of the three major bureaus (Experian, Equifax, TransUnion) during that time.

You request a refund within 15 days of your most recent payment.
3. Non-Refundable Fees
The following items are non-refundable:

Initial setup or audit fees

Fees for services already rendered

Payments made after cancellation of services

Late or missed payments

Credit bureau or third-party fees
4. Requesting a Refund

We will review your request within 7–10 business days and notify you of our decision.
5. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in termination of services and/or further action to recover outstanding payments. We are committed to resolving any concerns professionally and fairly.
